When do we process your personal information?
MDP CLOUD processes your personal information when fulfilling orders, registering an account, visiting our website or using MDP CLOUD support services. Processing also takes place when we collect and update your registered data through third parties, such as address or credit information.

Why do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?
MDP CLOUD uses personal information to effectively provide services. We also do this to improve our services to you as a customer. For us to be entitled to process your personal information, there must be a legal basis for such processing. Below we explain why and for what reasons we support the processing of your personal information.
In order to fulfill the MDP CLOUD contract, you need to process your personal information to fulfill the contract between us and you as a customer or account holder. For your customer, processing is necessary for us to fulfill and deliver your orders, issue invoices and assess which payment methods we can offer you, manage your files and provide support and good customer service.
Based on your consent MDP CLOUD processes personal information based on your consent. This is if you want to register an account in the "Customer Area" or gain access to your account, for example to save your favorites and to handle problems and complaints more easily. We may also advertise and tailor offers to you or inform us about our services by mail and email. by mail, SMS/MMS and online newsletters. By confirming this policy by registering, you agree to this handling of your personal information.
After balancing the interests, MDP CLOUD processes data based on the balance of interests. MDP CLOUD retains customer information for a maximum of 12 months after the customer's last purchase or other interaction with MDP CLOUD. The name ISP stores information about account holders if there is an account registered in the "Customer Area".
MDP CLOUD may retain data for longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect MDP CLOUD's legal interests, for example if legal proceedings are pending.
Your rights
MDP CLOUD is responsible for protecting your rights under the Data Protection Ordinance and other relevant legislation. This means you have the right to:
Access to your personal data. This also means that you have the right to request a digital print of your personal data register free of charge.
Ask us to correct incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.
Delete your data permanently if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or when you no longer consent to the processing. The right does not apply if there is another legal basis for the treatment or if there is a legal obligation for MDP CLOUD to process personal data.
Restrict the processing of your personal information. This means that your personal information is marked so that it can only be processed for the specified purposes.
Request to receive your personal data in a structured, widely used and digital format and transfer data from MDP CLOUD to another personally responsible person (data portability).

Third parties may use the information only for the purpose of selling and marketing MDP CLOUD services or providing services in connection with the contract applicable to the MDP CLOUD customer or account holder.

MDP CLOUD may transfer personal data to non-EU/EEA countries if any of MDP CLOUD's suppliers or affiliates are located there.
