In order to fulfill the MDP CLOUD contract, you need to process your personal information to fulfill the contract between us and you as a customer or account holder. For your customer, processing is necessary for us to fulfill and deliver your orders, issue invoices and assess which payment methods we can offer you, manage your files and provide support and good customer service.

Based on your consent MDP CLOUD processes personal information based on your consent. This is if you want to register an account in the "Customer Area" or gain access to your account, for example to save your favorites and to handle problems and complaints more easily. We may also advertise and tailor offers to you or inform us about our services by mail and email. by mail, SMS/MMS and online newsletters. MDP CLOUD may retain data for longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect MDP CLOUD's legal interests, for example if legal proceedings are pending.

Your rights

MDP CLOUD is responsible for protecting your rights under the Data Protection Ordinance and other relevant legislation. This means you have the right to:
