You will be fully prepared to continue working in less than a week
First contact
The MDP CLOUD team will contact you to clarify your needs and plan your migration strategy. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist with whom you can communicate throughout the migration and after.
Jobs before migration
The MDP CLOUD team will analyze your existing environment and advise you on what should be done before migration. They will prepare your Microsoft 365 licenses, recreate users and their profiles. Then we will agree on the migration date.
Migration
On your migration day, your email will be redirected to your Microsoft 365 account. Our migration specialist will keep you informed every step of the way.
Local settings
We will create your email accounts on local computers. We will also ensure that accounts work on mobile devices as well.
Jobs after migration
No later than 2 days after the migration, our specialist will ask each of your employees whether the migration was successful, to make sure that there are no open questions.
Training
After a successful migration, we will introduce you to our team of specialists who will help you take full advantage of Microsoft 365 and streamline your processes.
